I cannot find my order! - I received a message that my order does not exist!

If you checked out as a guest when you placed your order, (meaning you did not create a password protected account), you will not be able to log back into to check the status of your order. This feature is designed to protect your private information.  If you have received an order confirmation email, and get a message stating your 'order does not exist' when you attempt to track your order, please know that we do in fact have your order, and it is being processed. You should receive another email in a few days stating that your order has been shipped.  If you wish to view and track future orders, please create a password protected account upon checkout.
