A) Limited Free License

Thank you for your email. All of Heather's sewing patterns are copyright protected and are for personal use only. However, Heather has provided an opportunity for customers to apply for a Limited, Free License to produce up to 10 items per pattern, provided the customer is making those items herself, and provided she submit her information via the following form: www.HeatherBailey.com/freelicense. More information about this policy can be found in the copyright area on each of our sewing patterns. If you have one of the patterns handy, take a look at the text at the end of the instructions sheet, below the copyright. It is there you will read our policies for each pattern.
If you are ever interested in producing more than 10 items, please let us know and we will look into creating a commercial licensing agreement for you.
